Questions people actually ask.
Why is there a 7-location minimum?
Half of what you are paying for is the group layer — rolling a
change to every store, one audit log across the network, one place
to see which store is behind. Below 7 locations there is no
network to manage, and you would be paying for something you
cannot use.
Can I try it first?
Thirty days, the whole product, no card. If it has not replaced a
tablet by the end of it, it was not going to.
What happens if I add a store mid-month?
It is prorated, and if the new store crosses a volume tier the
whole group moves down to the lower rate from that month.
Do I need to buy hardware?
Not from us. It runs on tablets you already have, and prints to
standard thermal printers over wifi or Bluetooth.
What if I already pay for an aggregator?
Tell us which one and what you pay. If we cannot make the case on
the numbers, we will say so.
